About the event
Conceived as a deeply restorative session in collaboration with wellness advocate and yoga instructor Lishan Lim, this special 90-minute programme comprises two segments, beginning with yin yoga and mindful breathwork (pranayama) to bring about gentle release of tension held in the body and mind. Savanasa brings this first segment to a close as the pure soothing tones of Tibetan singing bowls bathes the body, inviting a profound sense of calm and stillness while allowing its benefits to unfold. The session then continues with a reinvigorating tea segment by Kenny Leong to integrate our morning practice, offering a quiet and intentional moment to connect, ground, and share.
